Room service, maid gratuity, telephone charges, alcoholic beverages, valet and laundry services, optional activities and any other personal services or expenses are not included.

On-Your-Own Meals
Some meals, as noted on the tour itinerary, are the responsibility of the individual traveler.

Local Guide and Motorcoach Driver Gratuity
Gratuities for local guides and motorcoach drivers are not included and should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis as an expression of appreciation.

Call Second Wind Tours toll free at 888-705-9463 or 843-655-1538. We will develop a deposit/final payment plan that suits your group’s needs. Second Wind Tours will provide you with a simple contract and customized itineraries for your marketing purposes.

It’s that easy. There is no cancellation fee, unless there are non-refundable supplier payments. Individual group member cancellations that occur between the time you pay a deposit and the tour departure may be subject to cancellation fees. Such fees will be outlined in your group tour contract.

All standard gratuities for featured services are included.

Second Wind Tours, LLC acts only in the capacity of agent between tour members, travel service companies and other suppliers in all matters relating to arrangements for tour components.

Second Wind Tours assumes no responsibility or liability for and cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity, from whatever cause, during a trip.

Further, Second Wind Tours reserves the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions with respect to any tour itinerary, as we deem necessary.

Tour package price estimates outlined on this website are based on 40 paying passengers. Rates are subject to availability and vary seasonally.

Travel Insurance

Second Wind Tours, through Travel Guard International, has designed an exclusive insurance plan for groups to provide broad protection. The plan protects you and your travel investment if you need to cancel your trip for covered reasons prior to departure or if other covered unforeseen circumstances arise during your trip. The coverage goes into effect when the premium is paid. The premium is based on the cost of the tour and is outlined on the application. If you are interested in purchasing travel insurance, we will be happy to forward an application.
